2 Sound Levels (SPORT and RACE)

Eisenmann 본사는 수도없이 많은 리서치와 여러단계의 개발을 통해 머플러를 만들고

마지막으로 머플러의 피팅과 새로운 디자인을 개발합니다.

Eisenmann의 제작 공정은
첫번째로, 프로토 타입 머플러를 제작 하여 테크니션들이 머플러를 가지고 Dyno테스트를 하고,

거기에 맞는 최적의 배합을 측정합니다.

또한 어쿠스틱 테스트와 배기의 흐름 분석을 통해 사운드와 출력을 만들어, 하나의 완벽한 머플러를 생산 해냅니다.

실질적인 차량에 적용하기 이전에 먼저 머플러의 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 성능을 예측해본 뒤

실제 차량에 적용 하여 또 한번 테스트를 합니다.

마이크와 기타 여러 장비들을 사용 하여 머플러의 사운드를 샘플링 하고

또한 실측한 그래프로 잡음을 찾아 다시 제 작업을 하게 됩니다.

마지막으로 Zeiss FaroArm이라는 장비로 다시 스캔을 하여 작업을 마칩니다.

한 치의 오차도 없이 작업 하기 위해 밀리미터 단위까지 계산하여 제작을 하고

지그(JIG)를 사용 하여 다시 한번 확인 하는 공정을 거치게 됩니다.
